1,000 EVGA Bucks Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

Post your system on EVGA's Mods Rigs web program and win a chance for EVGA to sponsor your system with 1,000 EVGA Bucks in product. For every 200 systems that meet the criteria below, EVGA will sponsor another user with 1,000 EVGA Bucks in product. If your system is included in a random drawing and you do not win, your system will roll into the next drawing. The odds of winning for all users decrease with each drawing. Members are allowed to post as many systems as they want.

To qualify for the 1,000 EVGA Bucks¹ sponsorship:

Have an EVGA Member Account
Have a completed Mods Rigs system marked for public display
Have a valid² system image uploaded
Have a valid³ 3DMark 11 OR 3DMark Fire Strike score with link for verification

Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize. To claim a prize you must send an email to iwon@evga.com from your registered email account including all of your contact information. Winners will be notified via the EVGA website in two locations: Mods Rigs Winners list, and EVGA Community Portal.

EVGA Mods Rigs 1,000 EVGA Bucks Sponsorship is open to all persons worldwide who meet the above listed requirements. All employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in submitting an entry to participate in this Drawing. The drawing is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

EVGA reserves all rights to change or cancel the EVGA Mods Rigs 1,000 EVGA Bucks sponsorship promotion without notice.

By comparing your score with those submitted by millions of other gamers you can see how your gaming rig performs, making it easier to choose the most effective upgrades or finding other ways to optimize your system.

What 3DMark 11 settings are eligible for the 1,000 EVGA Bucks sponsorship?

3DMark 11 is to be run at the Performance setting with no adjustments done
Anti-aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering should be set to “Application Controlled” within the graphics drivers for the best results

NO REGISTRATION FEE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

Requirements to Participate: 

1	You are a registered EVGA User (registration is free through EVGA website).
2	Post your completed system on MODS RIGS as a public display system (http://www.modsrigs.com )
3	Have a valid system image uploaded.  Valid image must be of your personal computer outlined in the Mods Rigs posting.
4	Have a valid 3DMark 11 OR 3DMark Fire Strike score with link for verification (additional requirements found on MODS RIGS page). A valid 3DMark 11 score will begin with: http://3dmark.com/3dm11/ with your score ID at the end. A valid 3DMark Fire Strike score will begin with: http://3dmark.com/fs/ with your score ID at the end.

*Please note this is a Random Drawing and not a contest, your entry of your system is only used as a valid form of verification.

By submitting an entry, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

Participants warrant that their Entries are original and that they are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted Entries and that they have the right to submit the Entries in the Drawing and grant all required licenses. Each Participant agrees not to submit any Entry that (1) infringes any third party proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights, any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligations; or (2) otherwise violates applicable U.S. law or the law of the Participant's country of residence. 

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission. 

EVGA reserves the right to deny and delete any submission that is submitted for this Drawing

Drawing and Prize Process: For every 200 systems that meet the criteria, EVGA will sponsor another user with 1,000 EVGA Bucks in product. If your system is included in a random drawing and you do not win, your system will roll into the next drawing. Members are allowed to post as many systems as they want. Odds of winning are dependant upon number of eligible entries received at the time of the drawing, odds of winning do tend to decrease with each drawing. Winners will be selected and posted to the EVGA website. All decisions are final and binding. 

Prizes: 

EVGA reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value in the event all or part of a sponsorship prize set forth above becomes unavailable. No cash substitute or transfer of prizes is available.  Prizes are awarded without warranty of any kind from EVGA, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Submission of an Entry in this Drawing constitutes agreement by the Participant to the terms and conditions of these Rules. Decisions of EVGA are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Drawing. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize. To claim a prize you must send an email to iwon@evga.com from your registered email account including all of your contact information. Winners will be notified via the EVGA website in two locations: Mods Rigs Winners list, and EVGA Community Portal. Potential prize winner(s) and their parents/legal guardians may be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release within 30 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. EVGA at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Drawing if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, EVGA employees and affiliates, or the Judges. 

Use of Winner's Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, information and submitted material for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Drawing.

Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the Drawing prizes and Sponsorship.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local taxes, fees, and any applicable withholdings and reporting requirements associated with acceptance and use of prize. 

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Drawing and Sponsorship, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest, but in no event attorney's fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Drawing are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
