Notes

now i´ve finished the switch from my 3-Way SLI GTX280 to the 2-Way SLI GTX480 with a GT240 for PhysX. I also ripped of the Coolermaster V8 and replaced with a Cosair H50, because with the V8 it wasn´t possible to use the 250mm Fan in the Sidepanel of my Cosmos Case. As PhysX Card i´ve choose the Zotac GT 240 Zone Edition, because of the Card has passive Cooling - but I wasn´t prepare of the Size of the Card - in all this Card needs 3(yes, three!) Slots in Place, because of it´s big Cooler. The Card needs 1 Slot above and 1 Slot below. That brings up a new Problem - where to fit in a SLI Rig??? So i´ve no other choice as use the first PCI-Slot and put the two 480´s below the 240. Thanx God that i´ve bought the Classified were all Slots have 16 Lanes. The only Problem is, that I can´t see the bootscreen, because the Board "think" that the GT240 ist Primary and send no Signal to the Monitor - only after the System(Win7) loads the GPU Driver - the System recognize that the GTX 480 are primary and the Monitor get´s it´s Signal. So i´ve to put the Monitor Cable for Bios purpose only in the GT240 Port. But i think that the GT240 is a good choice for PhysX, because after fit in the Rig - Metro 2033 get´s an Extra Kick in DX11 AND Nvidia Vision 3D with all on. For all People without Nvidia 3D Vision, there´s no need with a SLI GTX480 Rig. Because the 480´s are fantastic Cards.

Thank you! Sorry about Real Power Series. There are very Good. The Real Power 1000W has "only" 4 PCI-E 12V Lines - so i´ve used two other 12V Lines with PCI-E Adapter(the 4 Pin Lines) for my 3rd GTX280 Card. I´ve run the QX9650 with 3,6GHZ, the i7 with 3,8GHZ(Benches comming soon), 3 Way SLI without Problems.

Nice PC! Man I want that PSU, well the 850W version anyway. The Real Power M series are impossible to get in the US.
