Notes

I've been building gaming PCs for 15 years. Although this is not my first build, this is my first entry into Mods Rigs and  would appreciate all input.
As system builders we all know our rigs are in a constant state of evolution. This X99 build started in an Antec 1200 case and that didn't  work out so well. Being an E-ATX board, when mounted, it covered every cable management access point. I got up and running pretty quick but what a freaking mess of cables spilling out all over the place. Couldn't even put the door on it.  Thought about getting the dremmel out and thought no, my original intent with this build was to try my hand at a custom water loop for 3-4 gpu's. This case was never going to handle that so I lived with "Pigsty" for a couple months looking for a case that would fit what I wanted to do. This Corsair 780T is fantastic. The ssd mounts are brilliant. The hard drive cages are removable. It has many options for mounting radiators and a lot of empty space without the hard drive cages. I do have 1 hard drive for storage and that is zip tied behind the mb tray. Who needs drive cages? Now that I've moved into this case, "Pigsty" didn't seem like a very stately name so out of chaos comes "Kaos"

Thank you so much for the kind comments. I'm aware that it's very basic and none to special at the moment but it's running great and I think it's a solid foundation to build on. Need some time to gather up the funds for my next big step. And "majic smoke" notfordman? I'm not willing to give out info on my special effects wizardry at this time!!! lol

I like it, first picture it appears that you have majic smoke or fog at the top. That's not a complaint. lol Great job on your build. +1 :)

+1 - very nice looking & clean. I like the 780T cases . I wanted to switch over to one but my C-70 case hasn't given me a reason to yet...;-)
