Also noticed that your PSU is upside down (battling GPU for air), and your bottom fan is exhausting instead of intaking (also hogging air away from GPU).

You know, taking out that top fan closest to the front of the case might improve airflow. It might be worth unplugging it and putting this to the test! I had the same airflow in my case, and disabling that fan took of 7 degrees of my CPU load temps, since that fan just prevents air from reaching the CPU and GPU.
