A weak CPU can not put value to a capable motherboard. So I recommend an upgrade. Why not from EVGA ;).

This card has quality components, but it does not really excel in performance - especially in this configuration.

I had a motherboard the same as yours and cracked. USB ports have died first and then never booted.

You are too generous to miss an important opportunity so that I can make a huge upgrade. Performance would not be a problem even more than I could aspire to the old platform with AMD.
