Notes

Build started in july 2010 and took close to a year to get to the stage you can see now. All the cables are custom length crimped and each wire is sleeved individually, which probably took 2-3 month alone. Also had to RMA the board twice which caused some delays as well.

Clamps would totally ruin the sleek, clean look, also: no leaks for the last 5 years and counting. It helps to use a hose that has strong walls and has an ID that's lower than the 16mm of the barbs. Also not letting the coolant to become too hot for the hose to expand ;)

You're awfully brave using barb fittings without clamps, there's a pretty high chance you'll end up regretting that.
